Dear Colleagues (ISDM Data Owners/Stewards, and Departmental Coordinators),
To improve data management maturity of departments in HKU, the 3rd round of ISDM self-assessment exercise will be conducted in between Dec 2021 to Jan 2022. Departments are invited to complete the self-assessment form in accordance with the following schedule.

1. Deadline of submission. 2. Online access of the 2021/22 ISDM self-assessment will be closed. |

Conclusion on the self-assessment exercise and formulation of improvement plans. |

From Dec 28, 2021, to Jan 29, 2022, the Online Survey Form will be opened and departments can participate in the Self-Assessment.
In the meantime, departments may access the sample questions in the following link:
